Online Registration and submitting Application for Services offered by the Council

• All Dental Professionals are requested to register in the Portal to receive Services through Online

Step 1

1. Go to the ‘Online Services’ tab and select ‘Registration’ menu.
2. Click on ‘Register New Account’ tab.
3. Those who already have Permanent Registration in Kerala Dental Council, select the button ‘Yes’ and proceed.
4. Those who doesn’t have Registration in Kerala Dental Council, select the button ‘No’ and proceed.
5. Fill up the registration form to complete the registration. 
6. Verify email OTP and SMS OTP.

Step 2

1. Sign in to the account and complete the profile details.
2. Provide Contact details.
3. Upload required documents such as photo, signature, address proof etc.

Step 3

1. Go to ‘My Application’ menu.
2. Click in ‘Create New Application’.
3. Select the required Application from ‘Dropdown’ menu and proceed.
4. Click on ‘Apply Now’.
5. Enter all required information, upload documents.
6. Submit the application.

Step 4

1. Go to ‘My Application’ page and complete the payment.

Step 5

1. Application Status can be viewed from the account itself.

Step 6

1. Once application is approved the Certificates available through Online can be downloaded from the account.
