In Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), Health Facility Registry (HFR) is one of the core building blocks that aims to be a comprehensive repository of health facilities of the country across all systems of medicine. It encompasses both public and private health facilities including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc. The creation of HFR for all health facilities is the first step towards the digitization of the health ecosystem in the country. Another key building block of the ABDM is Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR), which is a comprehensive repository of registered and verified practitioners delivering modern as well as traditional healthcare services across the Country.

Healthcare providers are requested to register themselves on the HPR and register their healthcare facilities on HFR at https://nhpr.abdm.gov.in/home
